マウンエー失脚説その後
ヤンゴンでの噂や一部の海外報道で出ていたマウンエー失脚説であるが、最近情報が表に出てこなくなった。2月2日の報道‘No tension between Myanmar generals’では、
Reports of tension between Myanmar’s ruling generals are wrong, Thai armed forces chief Chaisit Shinawatra said on Wednesday.
“Everything is normal as usual, I can guarantee you,” Chaisit told a news conference after a two-day trip to Yangon, although he said there had been a disruption in communications between the two governments which he did not explain. “The country is very peaceful, but there might have been poor communication there in that we could not contact them,” said Chaisit, who said he met all 17 members of the ruling State Peace and Development Council on Monday evening.
ミャンマーを統治している将軍たちの間でに緊張が起きているという報告は間違っていると、タイの Chaisit Shinawatra 参謀総長が水曜日に述べた。
Chaisitは、説明のない両政府間の通信の途絶について言及したにもかかわらず、「全てはいつものように正常だと、私は保証できる」と、2日間のヤンゴンの後、記者会見で述べた。「我々が彼らと連絡がとれなかったのは通信設備の不備が原因だったかもしれないが、国内はは非常に平和だ」と述べた。彼は17名のSPDCの全メンバーと月曜日の夕方に会った。
といった内容だ。通信途絶というところやタイ軍の高官がわざわざ沈静化させようとしているのがかえってあやしい。前回のキンニュン失脚のときにも1ヶ月ほど前にいくつかの前兆が表に出ていた。今回も内部で権力闘争が行われているのだろうか。
